You are not alone

The world is going through this with you. Check out this article, it covers the lives of 12 teens just like you who are stuck at home.

Things to do while your home
  • Have a Google Hangout with friends or family
  • Journal
  • Make a lit of things you are grateful for
  • open the window to hear the birds sing and smell fresh air
  • Disconnect from Social Media. If you cant do it all together maybe take small breaks. 30 minutes can help!
  • Contact your SVMS counselor. Set up a time to connect via video or text chat

Mrs. Balough and Mrs. Haynes continue to be there for you while we are away from school.

Questions about next year, need help with a class assignment or just need someone to talk to?

Send us a school loop message, email, google chat or google hangout too! We have lots of ways we can stay connected and lots of time to make sure we do.
