2018 ROAR Day Volunteers Needed!

Time to plan ahead for next school year! Wednesday, August 8th will be Stone Valley's official Roar (welcome back, have your photo taken, get your PE clothes and Spirit Wear, and all the other good stuff) Day -  and we can't do it without volunteer help!  Full "training" will be given and the jobs are easy and a great way to catch up with friends.  Please check out the options and volunteer where you can!  

Roar Day for families runs from 2:00pm to 7:00pm - so our first shift of volunteers is asked to arrive at 1:30pm to help set up, and our last shift of volunteers is asked to plan on staying until 7:30pm to help tidy up!  Thanks from PTA & Ed Fund.

Annual Update

 

San Ramon Valley Unified parents are asked to complete an online "Annual Update" to verify household and emergency contact information and complete the annual release acknowledgement and permission requirements. Complete the District Online Annual Update using your Parent Portal in Infinite Campus.

 

The Annual Update window for the 2018-2019 school year is scheduled to open on July 13 for Stone Valley. At that time you will be prompted to log into your Parent Portal account to complete this important task for the new year.  Check your Portal “InBox” for a message titled “Annual Update Fall Registration”.  This message will guide you through the Annual Update process.  

 

Only one Annual Update is required for each family at a primary address.  The message will continue to appear in your inbox until the end of the Annual Update period.  Please disregard the message once you have completed your Annual Update. You will receive a confirming email following completion of the Annual Update process.

School Supplies

SVMS PTA is excited to offer you a new program that will help the school and make it a breeze for parents to get school supplies for next year.  Yubbler.com is making our supply lists available for online purchasing at discounted prices. The best part is that Yubbler will donate 50% of the profits back to the school.

 

What you need to do:

  • Find the supply list for your child’s grade by going to this link
  • Click on the purchase button (“Full List”) then enter your shipping and billing information
  • You can customize your cart in checkout by removing or adding items
  • You’re done!

How it works:

  • Supplies are shipped “Next Day” to your home for free.
  • You spend time at the beach rather than looking for 3-hole punched eco-friendly folders in magenta… It’s that simple! 

When:

The deadline to purchase supplies is July 31st 2018, to ensure your classroom has supplies for the 1st day of school.  Parents are able to purchase supplies past the deadline, however classroom supplies for those purchases are not guaranteed to be delivered by the 1st day of school.
